About Us

We are Caroline Wright and Seth Schmiedeknecht. Good Neighbor Farm is our labor of love where we work to bring the best vegetables grown with organic practices to your families and communities through CSA and farmers markets.

We met in 2015 working with an agriculture non-profit focused on healthy food access and education in Wheeling, WV for two growing seasons. Since then, Caroline has worked two growing seasons on small scale organic farms. Seth started his own farm in West Michigan, where he grew and sold organic produce for two years. We started Good Neighbor Farm here in Ann Arbor in the winter of 2021, renting land and high tunnels from property owned by Ann Arbor Township. We are eager and excited to cultivate our love for farming and sharing the gift of organic produce with the community here in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Detroit.
